Surgery under general anesthesia, closed (laparoscopic) closure. The abdomen is entered with a thin needle and the process is started by transferring a camera screen image screen with a total of 4 trocars (cylindrical instruments shaped into the abdominal wall). During the operation, the tube guide circumference, which is placed from the mouth to the stomach, is stapled + cut and 75% of the stomach is removed. The operation takes approximately 30-45 minutes.
